These clubs reminds me of guild chat from old MMORPGs. When I was 10 or so I played a mobile MMORPG called parallel kingdom. Idea was that it was parallel to the real world, everything was superimposed onto google maps. originally you could only conquer unconnected land somewhere if you physically went to Antarctica (they talked about this in-game chat, some guy from McMurdo Station installed)

I was in the guild that administered my IRL town. It was christmas season so I teleported to guild headquarters where a festive "ring exchange" was taking place. Take one leave one. Rings being an inventory slot that gave modifiers like +10 speed or immunity to fire.

I nabbed all of that shit and they made a forum thread asking whoever took it to fess up. They had a chat section and a forum section, in the guild tab.

Being the dumb fuck I was I wrote an impassioned diatribe condemning whoever did something so evil. Thought I was being slick too JFL.

This format mogs for the other reason that it's easily searchable too, seperate topics have seperate threads
