If you are able to 'improve' and "ascend", then inaction was the main factor that was holding you back from attracting Homo Sapiens females in the first place.
I think "incels" let a label define them.
I have doubt for many incels thinking they might just be avoidant or something. a 30+ year old incel can call themselves incels without looking like an emo faggot, 40+ can say its over and it seems legit
I think its largely mindset, I'm 41 and I have had girlfriends and I don't think its over, I haven't had sex in almost 15 years because I simply stopped trying, once I decide to try again I will find someone, I know a guy whos really fat and ugly who got his first girlfriend at 37 years old and shes just as fat and ugly as him, I think "incels" just won't settle for someone on their one level, incels themselves will state they would rather jerk off to porn than be with someone whos unattractive, if being an incel is largely looks then most of the guys I know are incels, even the ones with partners, most incels are actually volcels because they just dont want to settle. And its not just looks because I watched a video of someone interviewing some "incels" and they gave strong indication they had serious mental health problems, they wore masks to conceal their identity (mental illness), when it showed them eating food they had food residue around their mouth (mental illness), they used phrases and paragraphs in the conversation that sounded rehearsed as if in antication for the interview (mental illness), you could see their facial hair was poorly groomed around the mask they wore (mental illness), watching that video I would think that incels are mentally ill, autistic, socially awkward faggots, but I'm sure they could score on their own level if they wanted to, I knew a girl briefly who considered herself a femcel and she wasn't even that bad (I think she wanted me), her mentality and mindset was horrible.
