No. Actually fasting for this length of time is good for the body as it increases autophagy, BDNF, organizes microbiome and breaks down inflammation markers. You can last for months without food just surviving off of bodyfat but you would likely suffer vitamin deficiencies, dehydration and so forth before exhausting all fat supplies. You would likely start hallucinating, get major renal or liver damage (extremely painful) and lose all of your hair and have weeks of mad hunger before actually dying from it. Your body will auto-cannibalize which will take months with lots of pain for a long period of time.

Without water, you’re looking at maybe 3 to 7 days before your organs just quit. If you have water but no food, the average person can technically hang on for 1 to 2 months, but it’s a brutal ride.

A really good movie to watch before you try this out on your own is a movie called, The Sound of Insects: Record of a Mummy. Legit one of my favorite movies, It’s based on a novella that was inspired by a real diary found with a body in a Japanese forest back in the early 80s.

It’s a 2009 documentary-style film based on a real-life Japanese case where a man basically decided to check out by starving himself in a tent in the middle of a forest. Pretty good if you asked me.

True. Lots of better ways to kill yourself just go down to Walmart and pick up a helium tank for parties and a big bag for your head, but it's not as brutal as starving to death in the middle of the woods for 2 months.

Stabbing yourself is just a moment of adrenaline, but staying in a tent for 62 days while your body literally eats its own heart is a different level of commitment. It’s not 'not taking action' when you have to manually override your own lizard brain every single second for eight weeks straight. Most 'normies' wouldn't last three days before they were raiding a trash can for a half-eaten burger.
