What if your character had a cortisol thermometer that spikes when you fail certain tasks? Or when someone annoys you?

I’d probably need a scripter for it, but I thought it’d be a good idea

Just do it as a mod on either Fallout 4 or Fallout New Vegas. With F:NV at least you won't have to deal with Papyrus (personally, I'm not that high IQ for handling so many different .psc files at once on my IDE, plus the Creation Kit barely runs on my rig when displaying any cell on the render window despite toggling off certain records like trigger boxes and so on).

Good spin on QTE and focus meters, it would be funny to fail a dialogue with an NPC and suddenly your character starts sperging out and has to calm down LUL
