Story Anyone else getting fucked up dreams?

I wouldn't call them nightmares because they're not scary they're just weird and uncomfortable dreams that leave me in a bad mood for the rest of the day.

Stuff like being held down and repeteadly stabbed in the torso or another one where I was naked sliding through these yellow tubes smeared with feces that were connected to dimly lit public bathrooms.
One dream I got molested by a balding ugly looking pedophile, or another one where my grandma strangled my cat to death and then I strangled her.

A few days ago I cried for the first time because of a dream, it was so horrible. Someone throws a grenade that was full of wasps at a black guy on the street and the wasps start killing the guy and the guy collapses on the floor while the wasps keep stinging him biting him and flying around him, they eventually start building a nest around his corpse and there's people watching and recording it. And I don't like black people so you know it was absolutely vile.

I don't know how to stop this and it's tormenting me.

It makes me think that demonic entities that mess with people are real, there's no psychological way to explain or interpret these dreams, why would anyone want to dream about this?
Years ago before this started I used to get pushed around in my sleep, like a ghost or something pushing my shoulder as I'm about to fall asleep and making me recoil in the bed. One time as I was about to fall asleep I literally felt being punched in the nose hard while I was on my back and my head got pushed into the pillow, it genuinely physically hurt.

Yeah, I’ve had dreams like those before.

Once, I had a dream where some cartel came pulled up at my house with like 4 trucks, with like 50. caliber machine guns attached to them, and like 12 guys popped out of their trucks with their AKs and whatever guns they use, just started shooting at my house.(like in those Italian mob films, if you ever seen any, it’s exactly like that) I remember just looking outside of my window seeing them niggas pulled up and starting blazing at my house, and I ended up getting shot a couple times before waking up. I’ve never felt so vulnerable in my life where I really thought I had zero control in how to defend myself entirely, it’s a very scary feeling tho, ngl.

Had a couple more like the first one, although, they were more of just getting shot at in a drive by while walking on a sidewalk in some random neighborhood or something.

God fucking damn, my brain really comes up with some scary shit when my life is very unstructured and boring as a NEET. I srsly need to stop watching gore vids.
