Modern environments in general are very unnatural compared to our roots as humans in nature. Most of us weren't designed to spend like 8 to 10 hours a day in a building just sitting around and/or standing. It's really unstimulating and unfulfilling. And this applies to both kids in school and adults at their jobs. As rough as our roots were with living in the wilderness and constantly hunting for survival, they were more natural despite being so rough. But yeah. All this is unnatural.
