I sometimes eat multiple times in one day as due to circumstances I can't get proper three big meals in a day.
So I do like multiple snacking and vary the food around.
Sometimes it's emotional comfort eating too, I see food as something to be enjoyed and need something that makes me happy and feel musical afterwards.
I need to go the gym but I see it as such a soul draining place, my ideal exercise is exploring in nature but I'm stuck in a ghetto with not much exotic getaways nearby.
I think my sleep deprivation also increases my appetite too, I've read studies on that.
Summer makes me eat less because of the heat, google says it's because the body is redirecting energy to the skin rather than the digestive system to cool you down so your appetite decreases.
Thats why winter mogs. I read someone on sanctioned suicide also hates living in Australia as it's so hot for most of the year and she prefers if she could live in Canada or Northern Europe. So the location you live in can play a role in your mood and how your mental state is.
