It should be legally required for all us to get a 3 month vaca, season of there choosing. paid vaca but reducing the pay in that 3 month span. but you have to be working at your place of at least 1 year full time before you get this privilege to insure they don't try and scam the system. I think if governments implemented this a lot more autistic people would be employed. Its evident that the system does not work for us and never will with the current workforce thats at practice right now.</p></blockquote><p></p>
