My profile is ecto-meso explosive strength.</span></strong></p><p>[ATTACH]8331[/ATTACH]</p><p>[ATTACH]8335[/ATTACH]</p><p>[ATTACH]8336[/ATTACH]</p><p></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px">Like i literally have inflamed skin from hot showers, stopped training forearms(forgot to use dumbbells, sand bucket and hammer), somehow lost all the weight while just studying, and like two times a week calisthenics lasting about one hour.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px">Off cycle after small testosterone experimental at 200mg for three months, going to 500mg test and 100mg tren after skin is fixed and whitemaxxing protocol is added.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px"><strong>Here my lazy routine:</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px"></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px">-10x3 pull ups, then if feeling good try max like 20 or 15.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px">15x4 chin ups.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px">5x3 muscle ups.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px">20 x 3 to 5 inclined push ups</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px">Inverted dip leg raise for about 30 seconds to 2 to 5 sets.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px">Dips about 10-15x3</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px">5 to 8x4 Dip tuck something like that:</span></p><p>[ATTACH]8334[/ATTACH]</p><p><span style="font-size: 18px">You push the legs up, but i cant do this here due to concrete floor.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px">-Abs raises 10 to 20 x3</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px">-Inverted dip reps 10-15x4 </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px">-Abdominal 30x5 (horrible abs workout).</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px">-One arm hold about 10 to 15 seconds each if feeling strong.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px">L sit attempt into elbow lever, can do the switch but not lift my legs totally.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px">Bit of kickboxing or muay thai training at the park, not at the fighting gym.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px"></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px"><strong>I guess thats my current cheap version of a calisthenics routine, latter gonna add weights, rings, bulk, roids, training five to six time a week.</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px"><strong></strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px"><strong>Any feedback, trolling, insulting, or something like that?</strong></span></p></blockquote><p></p>
