I tried to read the bible but I couldnt do it. I was stuck page 1 and its written super thin, and each page is dense.
There was a list of names in page 1, and I couldnt suffer it, and dropped the book. Another time I tried read new testament, and I was bored to death. I couldnt focus I couldnt concentrate on anything.
There is 1 version of the bible I like, its modernist variant full of conspiracy from hebrew and greek. Latin translation I think is the one normies prefer to uphold their faith and question less.
But my expertise is low, because I cant really suffer the book. There are some stories that piqued my intrest like prodigal son and the story of Korah rebellion and the story of golden calf and also story of girl gangraped and mutilated.
Other than that, my gut feeling is that bible is such a bullshit boring book. The reason why priests had so much interpretative power is the books is massively boring. So even if you were able to read it, you would still be overwhelmed by a sense of extreme boredom.
People say that people couldnt read and couldnt interpret. Makes sense if you consider rates of literacy. However, I think even if someone could read, he would be bored to death. Also reading lectures were initially taught using bible as reference material, which results in people be uninterested about education and they simply get bullied by priests and accept the narrative. Like this "yeah whatever let me go out, I let you have your BS story I want to go home". Bcause bible is a bullshit boring book.
Notice this: kids love santa claus. Invented by a marketer, he summoned various memes of history like odin and saints of the church and some bacchus sprinkles. And kids became very fascinated and moralized by santa claus, probably because awakened natural spirit of the european man. Coincidentally santa claus also harmonized cycles of nature. And It astonished me how everyone felt the call of blood and answered the memetic of this marketer.
Bible instead is so degrading and boring, it requires a conspiracy theorist incel very advanced level to be tackled. I am not at that level.
