I went to a Muslim boarding school. Memorized Quran and hadith. Prophets life

My grandmother ran a Muslim school in Africa that I visited

Not bragging but I know more about islam than most Muslims

Most sunni including my mom don't bother looking into Shia beliefs. I did just to make sure i was rejecting it wholesale

Nothing in jt speaks to my heart and I just don't buy into it and that's that

How is tawhid extreme monotheism? what brought you to that conclusion? and also, besides the seerah of an-nabi (sallalahu alayhi wasallam) and the pillars and so on, how was your relationship with allah? because while of course you need to know how to pray and know the basic stuff, a muslim that may know only the fundamentals of islam but tries their absolute best to worship allah and connect with him sincerely and do good deeds (sadaqah, helping the poor and needy, forgiving others, permitting good and forbidding evil whenever you see it like helping the oppressed against their oppressors and so on) may be more worthy of jannatul firdaus in the eyes of allah more than an imam/mufti of an entire country just through being sincere and trying their best.


How does christianity make more sense than islam in your eyes? I'm interested in your perspective.
