On a Tuesday during the hour of Mercury, place the ingredients in the black cloth and make a little bag with the string. Crawl under the car, and tie the back under it.

This one is excellent because it can easily be used to prove all those skeptics wrong.

Find a neighborhood with, say, 50 commuters. Tie bags under 25 cars at the hour of Mercury. Then observe for a month. Probably a good 15-20 of the cars with bags will be in terrible accidents and the other 25 may only have a couple fender benders. It's perfect.
