This video explores Carl Jung’s argument that "demons" didn't actually disappear with the rise of modern science; we just gave them new names.

Jung suggested that our ancestors lived in a state called participation mystique, where they didn't distinguish between their inner thoughts and the outer world.

Because they couldn't wrap their heads around their own dark impulses, they "projected" them onto nature—blaming spirits in the rocks, rivers, or trees. While this sounds superstitious,

Jung argued it was actually safer because it kept those forces out in the open where they could be managed through ritual.

The problem today is that we’ve "desyched" nature. We "know" a storm is just weather and a rock is just a rock, so those psychological energies have been forced back inside us.

Jung warned that a "demon" inside a person is a thousand times more dangerous than one in a river.

When we repress these dark parts of our psyche, they don't die; they gain power.
The video highlights two major ways this plays out now:

Political Inflation: People in power often develop a "God complex." This massive ego triggers a counter-reaction from the unconscious, leading to "possession" by destructive, depraved impulses that the individual justifies as being a "Superman."

Mass Psychosis: Since we can't accept the darkness within ourselves, we project it onto "the other"—different political parties, ethnic groups, or neighbors. We convince ourselves that they are the source of all evil, which leads to war and social collapse.

Ultimately, the video conveys Jung's warning: by denying the existence of the "demonic" within our own minds, we've actually become more vulnerable to being controlled by it.

You have never picked up a book by Carl Jung.
You come off a person who believes they are an expert on topics solely from watching YouTube videos and are likely experiencing the "YouTube Overconfidence Effect". This phenomenon often stems from the "Dunning-Kruger Effect".

jung is an ignorant tool for reducing this these things to mere psychological archetypes, you can actually interact with these things directly via lucid dreaming, psychedelics, meditation and remote viewing,

the work of Jerry Marzinsky studying paranoid schizophrenics has shown that these aren’t always an unconscious aspect of ourselves manifesting but genuine energetic parasites that have invaded our energetic system and feed off our negative energy
