It is a method of avoiding pain by rellabeling other people as "inferior". In reality, considering other people as "inferior" is a confession of inferiority itself because you have to "reduce" them in order for them to not seem intimidating because you fear the possible harm they could cause you. In other words, you fear them and so you are the one who is "inferior".

I disagree. Humans seek to prove their existence through a multitude of ways like sex and arts, the fear component of a superiority complex lies not within perceiving one self as inferior but in thinking one doesn't exist to others, to combat this we strip the value of others' perception of us to that of mere ants.
I believe that all complexes are simply a struggle of proving and preserving one's existence.

Not saying this does not happen but its not normal. I mean Growing up my Vietnamize friend was telling me that the other races make problems for whites out of envy and not the reasons they say. That kinda sounds adjacent to what you are saying. I think its real.
