Many people believe there is an additional layer to this reality. Some call it perennial philosophy, some say that the universe is a field of waves at its core. Many people claim to have near death experiences, have seen ghosts, and some believe that they communicate with 'higher dimension entities' while under the influence of psychedelics. If you've done them, can you attest to the presence of world outside the material? As for psychokinesis and ESP in general, various scientists have attempted to rationally measure them, such as Charles Tart, with intriguing results:

As for me, I would have to agree with the existence of another layer to the universe. Even quantum physics says that there are many worlds, and modern theoretical physics reaches into dozens of dimensions. My personal experiences with the supernatural lead me to believe that there is definitely another plane of existence.

Being an absolute materialist is retarded because of the fact you can't pin point anywhere the color 'red' which you are seeing, I'm a hard believer that mind is separate and above matter and am 'spiritual' (don't like the word, prefer something like 'sovereign') which is funny because I am atheist

All of our psyches as members of the same species are the exact same at their core, even the widest genetic difference between two people (between races for example) is less than 0.1%

Jungian and Freud research are flawed at their core because they analyze the dream state from an unconscious perspective rather than a conscious lucid one where you can directly engage with the dream world and shape it however you want instead of just watching a movie until you wake up.

dream characters wouldn’t be losing their shit everytime you get lucid nor would someone who lucid dreams very often go from being able to kill them with ease to struggling to fly and deliberately manufactured dream scenarios designed to keep you contained so you don’t fly off out of the dream area.

the point I'm making is, that you, or what that means to you is, the universe, because that's limited to you. Well, you can't look at other people's perspectives of the world. I don't really like tbh all the energy people always talk about leaving the world, just to do things for which the world exists in the first place. The world exists so you can, eat cakes, lay on the beach, play vidya or watch anime, Lawrence wants to do all these things but 'outside the matrix' like that's not just synonymous with nonexistence, You are correct in saying "it's all consciousness" Because it is all the unconscious coming to be conscious, again if your psyche/your whole self decided, you wouldn't even be experiencing any hardships in life, it could just cut out like a tv plug whenever you are doing something hard like a chore and then cut in only when you're doing pleasant stuff, I'm sure there are actual people like this in the world or cases of it anyway
You might say going to the beach that's hard why not just teleport and yes these kinds of circumstances are passing the programs will change with time but then you have to realize if you were going to go 'outside the matrix' you are still going to have hardships because it is synonymous with existence, even if you just played a videogame there would actually be no game if you were able to instantly beat it without any difficulty and the same applies to life That's why buddhism says life is suffering/dukkha

Like I have to check all the corners in my room all the time to make sure a monster isn't jumping out, or when I'm walking out, stay away from any groups of people in fear of getting jumped or something. Integrating your shadow is perhaps the single biggest takeaway from Jung's writings as a whole
