The standard of what is considered a city is different depending on where you live.

Florida has very low standards of what's required to call a place a city.

If I use Floridas standards to describe where I lived then yes. I've only lived in cities.

I've lived in FL, West palm beach. Vegas, San Francisco, Portland and Seattle are the only places I have lived where you wouldn't need a DL. Right now I'm 30 min away from the nearest town, I couldn't survive if I didn't have a license.

Well I never been in an area where there are automobile agents that go door to door euthanizing unlicensed people but I almost always lived in places less walkable than that. I haven even been to a real downtown area in soo long. Apparently crime and homelessness has skyrocketed. I wonder some might think it's no longer safe to walk and use the metro
