Message: <blockquote data-quote="fartcannon420" data-source="post: 2460" data-attributes="member: 62"><p>i'm an older child, one sibling. brother. he's an autist like me but almost the polar opposite in personality/autistic traits. we didn't get along well as children, mostly because of how quickly i developed and for numerous reasons he underdeveloped socially and in other ways. unfortunately we didn't have a lot of connection and we basically just existed at the same time. we've reconnected a bit more now that i've moved closer to him. he's doing a lot better now and (at least I'm) trying to make things up so we can have a real relationship. every time i look back on my childhood i hate myself for how i treated my brother and i kick myself for never trying to be his friend. he needed me and i never gave myself to him.</p></blockquote><p></p>
