Does living in a quiet suburb vs a noisy suburb help your mental health

Only issue Is a quiet suburb has less shops and amenities and my mother doesn't drive so it will be difficult to get nice restaurants or special items without using online shops.

But I was in a quiet suburb in my early childhood before I became an adolescent.

And the experience is better in terms of peace of mind , especially for autistic spectrum people who are sensitive to loud noises.

But since I'm in my 20s and unmarried single , I should probably be thinking of moving to a even bigger city

Because most Australian cities are at best just small town villages compared to London New York .

For reference I'm in a big suburb which is noisy and has a lot of congestion and noisy cars passing by.

If you don't drive it's a literal hell hole if you don't have friends to do stuff with.

Only positives are there are gyms and welfare office and a University plus variety of shops

And many doctor medical services
