You can argue that's not exactly what magic means or whatever but again that it self would be subjective. We have a toddlers understand of reality, a child from an uncontacted tribe would think it's all magic, modernity. Think of the cargo cults of WW2, they thought the could bring back the soldiers with 'rituals' that they saw them doing, they couldn't. With no basic understanding of something it's magic.
