sometimes, I feel the same way; I just don't wanna get up and stay in bed all day, having no motivation at all. But even if the voice in your head is telling you to chill and do nothing, realize that it's just your brain's way of trying to stay in the comfort zone, which was an important trait to have back then, as it allowed for people to know when their environment was safe enough to chill and not spend too much energy. In modern times, this feeling is more prevalent as there is no animal to hunt or worry about, and we have very few Natural problems as we once did. It's important not to let this trait/feeling consume you as it can make life seem meaningless and worthless.
we all get one shot at this short existence; the fact that you are alive is a miracle in itself, remember that no matter how hard/bad society treats you, it is you who can decide the things that you like/want to do in this life. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise, my friend
