What are your thoughts that autistics are a less-domesticated form of modern human?
I believe there's a lot of recent evidence to suggest that it's a product of overly-expressed neanderthal alleles prompted by something in the environment.

Moreover, there's also a lot of confounding findings about the gut-brain microbiome being different in autistics; I do wonder if there's a link between certain symbiotic microbes and healthy brain development.
