I first installed the performance tweaks and bug fixes from Viva New Vegas. My game runs very smooth for the kind of PC I have. It loads super fast too even though I have installed a buch of new content.

All of these mods except for 2 I think can be found in Nexus. The first 30-40 are dedicated to fixing performance and bugs. If you have any doubt just ask me.

I think that it is worth it giving it a try. It has a nice atmosphere to be honest,and that is one of the best things in the game. As for performance, it is very bad optimized and has a shit ton of bugs, so it is best to fix of all that before playing.
