After Looking threw my playlist the most reoccurring bands are Breaking Benjamin and Incubus. So ill say
1. Breaking Benjamin
2. Incubus

As of right now but it could change in the future

Any slowcore or sad sounding album
They use a comforting tone that i can listen to in whatever mood i feel whether im happy or sad

My autism allows me to like a shit tom of music so i don’t really have a favourite band i like whatever tf is good to me
