fighting a bulette what strategy do i use

we are basically ambushed in a desert away from civilization and a forest and pretty much fighting to the death. It's about 6 level 4 guys vs one bulette. It has done about 2-11 damage to everyone so far and has full hp. Are we screwed.

Also idk if we can even make it out of the desert without fighting multiple of these guys.

Party seems to be a druid, tempest cleric, artillerist, warlock, monk, and a question mark I think we are all subpar builds.

we can't the bulette has more movement speed than us and they might be in a pack tbh. We are probably screwed shouldn't have taken the quest.
