I am not this body.
I do not feel pain, it is the body that feels pain.
I do not feel fear, the one who feels fear is the body.
I do not think, the one who thinks is the body.
I do not feel, the one who feels is the body.
I am not a subject, I am an object.

I am not this body.
I am not these feelings.
I am not these thoughts.

I do not feel pain, the one who feels pain is the body and the mind.
I do not feel fear, the one who feels fear is the body and the mind.

I do not think, the one who thinks is the mind.
I do not feel, the one who feels is the body.

I am a subject conscious of its objectification, I am an object conscious of its subjectification.

What am I then?
The body says “the body".
The mind says “the mind”.
The consciousness says “The consciousness”.

For the body there will be pleasure and pain.
For the mind there will be delight and suffering.
For the consciousness there will be awareness

Again, what are if you you're not a combination of your mind and body?

Hmmm, I'm still highly skeptic of what these experiences constitute... But it felt as if I was separated from my body and all there was in it: body, mind, consciousness. That's why I say "I am a subject conscious of its objectification, I am an object conscious of its subjectification".

I am a subject (EGO) conscious of its objectification (BODY, MIND, CONSCIOUSNESS), I am an object (BODY, MIND, CONSCIOUSNESS) conscious of its subjectification(EGO).

They say that when the ego "dissolves" you feel one with the universe. The barrier of individualization made by this body is broken, but I don't know. I need to keep meditating.

I think this is what could be called soul in your religion. Soul is empty from body, mind, and consciousness. It is above all of these things that originate within the body. I'd say it is even above what you think you are (ego), because what you think you are is based on the body, mind, consciousness, and all of the experiences you have went through, what I'm talking here is your "higher-self".

To be honest, it really felt as if there was something above all that. But I'm still a pessimist about all of these experiences since I need to keep myself balanced and grounded on reality.
