Hmmm, I'm still highly skeptic of what these experiences constitute... But it felt as if I was separated from my body and all there was in it: body, mind, consciousness. That's why I say "I am a subject conscious of its objectification, I am an object conscious of its subjectification". I am a subject (EGO) conscious of its objectification (BODY, MIND, CONSCIOUSNESS), I am an object (BODY, MIND, CONSCIOUSNESS) conscious of its subjectification(EGO). They say that when the ego "dissolves" you feel one with the universe. The barrier of individualization made by this body is broken, but I don't know. I need to keep meditating.
