That and to provide a learning environment for those who feared being able to have an opinion.My opinion is as follows, do not fear change, do not fear new people walking in, rather learn to take new forms and evolve when circumstance demands. This forum has handled some barbarians already and it is up to us as a group to establish proper behavior and civil structure of how we operate. Otherwise, we are making progress, and in order to stay in the green we must establish a logical, coherent, and reasonable behavior structure that allows for us to be vulnerable, to learn and teach, and cooperate and evolve as people and as a group.</blockquote>
