[B]This thread will be a little bit of a blogpost. So, next week I'll be going to Sydney to drop my sister off for a trip to Europe. I'm only really excited to go because I hate being stuck in my small, hick town. Granted, I love rural cities/towns, but it gets very claustrophobic. I also plan on meeting up with a couple of my best mates. One is a bit up in the air at the moment - it just depends if he can get away as he lives about an hour out from Sydney; though, last time I was in Sydney visiting another friend (who will be meeting me again) he came to see me. However, the other one - whom I saw in January of this year - is one I'm about 99% sure I will be catching up with again. Kind of wish I could go to Europe, but alas, I am a broke NEET living on disabilitybux. C'est la vie. I've always kind of wanted to travel the world, while we're on the subject. I had plans to meet up with a friend from South Korea, but we've not talked in ages. In fact, I have no idea what happened to her. It's quite a pity, really. But, as Norman Bates said in Psycho, we have to keep lighting the lights and following the formalities. I do have a friend that lives in Japan that said she'd be down to hang out if I ever visited. Trips to Asia from where I live aren't too costly, either, so it is feasible, even as a NEET. I definitely want to visit Italy one day to visit the cathedrals. That'd be nice. I know it sounds very cliche but I think travelling the world would broaden my horizons and allow me to see what the world is truly like, and not just my depictions or observations online. Of course, anything that breaks me out of my monotonous routine of rotting, reading, talking online, playing vidya, etc. is a great opportunity.
