You're not supposed to chew so much if so and to limit inflammation as much as possible. Sadly mines is probably due to a stupid fucking orthodontist who made my jaw move in an unnatural position and caused my joint to move out of place. At least thats what i think now, going to see a “specialist” soon lmao. Also for the record, i dont chew anymore kek. I eat like im in a fucking nursing home without dentures so my joint doesn’t deteriorate</p></blockquote><p></p>
