Do any Elysian Fields users watch/read the Hellsing series? I’ve watched Hellsing: Ultimate and I really enjoyed it, and I’m considering reading the manga. What are your opinions on the show? What are your favorite characters? Personally, Schrödinger is my favorite.

I watched Hellsing the original tv series first and enjoyed it a lot, Ultimate had too much fanservice for me right from the first episode so I put it off for years, then I watched it and wasn't impressed but wasn't disappointed either.

Yeah, it’s crazy how they decided to put sexual assault in the first episode.

overrated and dark still good

I like both, my only gripe is I wish it was a little longer so they could flesh out the characters more especially the villains
