I would do this mainly in case that I see something disturbing or scary. Love is powerful in that sense.</p><p></p><p>I don't know about you, but lately I have been very interested of getting rid of bullshit in the mind, thus I have exploring a way of meditating to induce the most neuroplasticity. I also do other more "aggressive" practices to process my feelings using music. It has worked wonders though, I have been able to discover many things about myself and I feel more relaxed and less neurotic. There are times when the body wants to get back to how I was before and man, I can't believe I felt that miserable.</p><p></p><p>I have written many threads about my methods.
