Is it something that you're planning for in the future?
Is this based on where you want to live?I really don't think I like the way Florida politics are going even though there's a lot of based qualities to it. I was thinking Punta Gorda but not sure I like the direction of Florida conservativism. I'm now thinking I prefer Utah conservatives.
Depends on your own economic circumstances tbh. Property can be inexpensive in less-developed countries if your home currency is pretty strong. But it's definitely an arduous procedure altogether to uproot and move to another country entirely.A condo in a foreign land would be suitable for me, but I don't think I'd be able to afford it, nor would I be able to plan ahead for some career which could afford me that opportunity. I'll probably end up with a run-down bachelor pad.
You mean instead of just political? Is this based on where you want to live?
Interesting. Are you not satisfied with your current living situation? You mean instead of just political?
Well where I want to live must be weighed in balance of where I can afford.
Punta Gorda was weighing everything in the balance.
I think Utah is now more preferable.
Around SLC or provo
A dream of mine had always been to move to somewhere in the subcontinent to start a family. Property in thirdworldie countries is low because of noncompetitive wages, so without some sustainable career path which would plant me overseas I can't imagine myself working like a dog for scraps. If I could become a farmer working in low-terraced ricefields I'd be happy, but that's pretty much just a delusion.Depends on your own economic circumstances tbh. Not a lot of things I like about my area. One thing is it's religiosity and it's warmer than a lot of places in the USA.Interesting. Are you not satisfied with your current living situation?
If like to move to subcontinent too. Where is the perfect place for me though? Darjeeling?A dream of mine had always been to move to somewhere in the subcontinent to start a family. I figure I'll end up working warehouses as a day-laborer. I've known people who were worse off who ended up living comfortably, so maybe it isn't that difficult.
Wherever the cleanest jeets are. I think the idea that I could be totally isolated from the first-world is appealing to me. I was thinking somewhere along the Indochinese belt, so maybe "in" the subcontinent is a bit imprecise. If like to move to subcontinent too. Where is the perfect place for me though? Darjeeling?
Have you lived outside the first world before?Wherever the cleanest jeets are. I think the idea that I could be totally isolated from the first-world is appealing to me. I was thinking somewhere along the Indochinese belt, so maybe "in" the subcontinent is a bit imprecise.
I've traveled, if that's what you mean. I've been to Mumbai, Kuala Lumpur, Yangon, Bangkok and Phuket. But I've lived in the first-world most of my life.Have you lived outside the first world before?
I lived in India for a year. After that I didn't hate the west as much.I've traveled, if that's what you mean. I've been to Mumbai, Kuala Lumpur, Yangon, Bangkok and Phuket. But I've lived in the first-world most of my life.
I kind of had a similar awakening as well, but I can never retain the image of trash-humping curries long enough to begin to "despise" it again. For better or worse I would at least have a future overseas, unlike here.I lived in India for a year. After that I didn't hate the west as much.
Would love to but idk if it's sustainable or even possible in this economy. Is it something that you're planning for in the future?
India?? for what reason?I lived in India for a year. After that I didn't hate the west as much.
To visit my father. He lived most of his life there as a fugitive.India?? for what reason?
Indians like to claim the Chinese travelled to India and called it tienzhen the centre of heaven. It's also the plot for Journey to the West.To visit my father. He lived most of his life there as a fugitive.
I wanted to visit my birthplace. I like indian food. my father sold me on it, lots of stuff
Ganja is from India and has incredible amounts of shakti.Indians like to claim the Chinese travelled to India and called it tienzhen the centre of heaven. It's also the plot for Journey to the West.
Nowadays India is politically tense with China due to the land arguments but I blame British imperialism for that.
But for westerners they see India as a place to find themselves spiritually and maybe get into trance states drugged out
