Ever so slightly near-sighted, never has been a problem, if anything wearing glasses obviously was a bad idea from the start, I haven't done it in several years, but I digress, I did see actual far-off leaves on trees and stuff like this, in high definition, for the first time in my life when I had prescription glasses. This stuff is expensive as hell and breaks quickly but again, not the point of the thread.
I have every single symptom of visual snow syndrome. These include but are not limited to: Palinopsia (afterimage or trailing of moving objects), Photophobia, Nyctalopia (impaired night vision)
Some people feel suicidal due to having it and I understand them honestly, especially during the night, it is one of the biggest things that makes me wish I had a partner of some sort, because my heart rate genuinely is spiked at all times when I am not in a well-lit room. Ever since I was a kid too I didn't quite feel safe even with my mom in the other room, maybe only when I was sleeping with her. Point being that having it harder to see at night makes it all the more brutal for me
