I almost feel that I astral projected in certain memories

I'm not one prone to believe in such things, but my memory is almost a "snapshot" from a third person perspective like that. Quite weird.

That usually happens when you don’t fully identify with yourself in that memory.

a slight disassociation,

you don’t have to relive the experience when you remember it

for you it’s probably you never truly lived your expierence instead of something bad you have to look at sideways

It's like an upwards tilted angle. A lot of my memories are like that.
But that makes sense tbh: I have been really detached from a lot of my past. My parents talk about certain events, thinking it affects me, when it doesn't.
