Christianity being described as a religion for slaves who don't have the power to change anything so they cope that weak traits are virtues is legit When I suffered the most in my life I prayed the most I believed from a young age that losing faith in Christianity would result in punishment and bad things happening to me When I went through periods of fear and uncertainty (transitioning to secondary school where I went from having good status to hating school) I just went into overdrive increasing my number of daily prayers to extreme levels hoping that it would do something because I felt like I had no alternative because I was too weak to influence the world. I was afraid that I was a late physical developer among my peers and used to pray that I would get a growth spurt soon. I continued saying a significant number of prayers from 12 all the way to 20 and I only made this connection recently but when I was 20 I used roids for the first time. This was also the first time I began to feel complete in terms of my body / physicality because it was the first time I felt I had a reasonably appealing physique and wasn't skinny. I stopped praying at this time either because I was content with my body for the first time since my excessive praying began at 12 years old or else the increased testosterone from the roids made me think there was no need to pray as I felt the power was in my own hands for the first time. During periods where I've done drunken antics and woke up the following day hoping I didn't get caught on video or reported to the police I would pray like a motherfucker in the hopes nothing bad would come of it because I was in a position where I felt powerless Every time I resort to Christianity is due to feeling powerless
