I've never really had a passion, and to be honest I don't think most people have 'passions' in the extreme sense of the word. People just fall into hobbies and run with them, and then exaggerate their interests to make their social mask more interesting. In terms of finding a passion I would say to pick something you're slightly interested in and learn more about it, and you'll probably appreciate the field more as you gain insight. Don't think about it too hard, I think a lot of people expect to automatically fall in love with something but interest builds overtime. Try to think about the person you want to be and build your 'passion' off of that: for instance, do you want to be a handsy and reliable type of man? Then learn carpentry/woodworking. Do you want to be the kind of person that can understand others and influence on a deep level? Learn politics and psychology. That sort of thing. 16 is young enough that if you try your hand at a bunch of things you'll have plenty of time to develop them and see what you like.
