Depression I lost all my creativity

Back in few years ago, i was creative as hell, ideas comes out of me all the time, i used to watch lots of informational contents too, no i not only stopped watching informational content but also i can't produce any new ideas of my own, my mind doesn't wonder around anymore, i just spend most of my time sleeping and work nowadays

u need Óðr. creativity isnt gained through freewill so if u dont have creativity u must use freewill to change your actions in a way that might cause creativity to return. if u spend time restricting sensory inputs (darkness and no stimulation), after you go back to normal life (but avoid using the internet aside from simple features due to being unfocused) you might feel more inspired.
