[QUOTE="6ft4, post: 41483, member: 357"] I have always been super high in awareness of how my actions may be perceived by others which I feel is an inbuilt survival mechanism for people with certain physical traits (in my case ectomorphism) I am hyper aware about what I say in other people's company because of concern for other people's emotions even though I am physically imposing enough whereby the chance of someone physically challenging me is low if I offended them. When I am drunk however I become way looser with my tongue and have been told that I've said some giga low inhib shit without being able to remember it. When drunk I have very little concern for other people's emptions or how they might perceive what I'm saying thus how they may perceive me Most NTs are way less conscious of how people perceive them when sober than me when I'm sober. Now the point I'm getting to is that while this is a survival mechanism, it may also be a case that introverts/mutes/Non NTs have a greater connection to the intangible realms and a greater subconscious understanding of the butterfly effect. I bring up the butterfly effect because most people will say that saying or doing one bad thing isn't a big deal since fuck ups happen and the world keeps on spinning Aspies however are super calculated with everything they do because they know on a subconscious level that even the slightest action no matter how insignificant seeming can have massive implications for the trajectory of their life. This understanding is what limits aspies in a lot of ways because it makes them feel paralyzed and stops them from taking action in situations where just taking any action gets them further than over analyzing but it also gives them a super power whereby they can analyze to the point of making an insane breakthrough that NTs wouldn't be able to make as NTs are acting more on impulse than on calculations. As an aspie I always have the belief in my head that absolutely everything in the world revolves around me and everyone is thinking about me which is why I can't make one mistake because the entire world will judge me for it (hyperbole but you get the idea) I think this can only be explained by my subconscious obsession with the butterfly effect because my belief that I'm under constant scrutiny stems from the fact that I think one mistake will drastically mess with the trajectory of my life. Also whenever I see certain topics spoken about online, I tend to think I had at least somewhat of a role in a topic being highlighted because of shit I've posted to my youtube channels. So often I hear someone make a talking point and think they got it from watching one of my vids, basically a case of me thinking that anything I do effects everyone in the world massively and that my actions are at the epicentre of the universe.
