I think that at a lower level your playstyle can be determined through entry-level handicaps like a low refresh rate. In quake-tiered games that'd mean your playstyle would become movement-oriented since you aren't leveling the surplus frames (assuming hardware which is "good enough") with server tickrate or your natural vrt, so you focus less on crosshair placement. Past that point it becomes a problem of dexterity, rote learning, pad and mouse, etc., all of which aren't easy to fix if you're handicapped into hyperfocusing on clerical aiming shit.</p></blockquote><p></p>
