It isnt entirely an illusion, imagine that youre standing on top of a skiing steep slope as a little kid that barely ever stood on skis. The lets say fog or cold wind in this situation makes the slope look scary and you dont want to go down it. Once you go down it for the first time, you understand that it actually wasnt that bad and the fog/wind was making it look scary and steep. Compare this to bp and life, bp makes life as sub htn look scary and “steep”. In reality, its not that scary and steep as you think when you go out there without thinking about the pill.</blockquote>
