The average males testosterone everywhere is down 30-50% compared to the past, and we live in an instantly satisfying high dopamine environment. I think this hijacked to some extent by rival powers running psyops on the enemy nation, but I think it's largely organic and in response to the environment rather than any incredibly malicious plot by anyone.
