It is possible to live with no psychological and emotional problems at all ?

The thing is that not every thought should be dismisse simply as a "thought". I think that there are very important thoughts that appear during the day that are telling you something about yourself, and you shouldn't ignore that. We are not to blame for all of the suffering that happens to us. Better to go to a good therapist, or do some very intensive self-reflection so that you can attempt to escape all of your own unconscious tendencies because most of the suffering is caused unconsciously, specially when you are not paying attention to what is happening right now. I mean, if all thought is pure illusion as you say... then why not confront it instead of ignoring it. Deconstruct all the bullshit right now, face the bullshit right now. Cut the bullshit. You'll realize that if you do very intensive shadow work, meditation becomes giga easy because your mind is already purified. Now you can really focus on experiencing the good shit.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"></p> <p style="text-align: justify">Most people use this shit to escape from themselves, it even has a name: spiritual bypassing. You realize it? Everything we are doing is escaping from ourselves, everything becomes an attempt to escape...
