I tell my mum that all Chinese people do is eat. Like they don't have any real hobbies and don't really exercise / engage in sport.
They don't have any real passions and curiosity about the world. And aren't really open to new experiences.
Maybe it's just my family or all Asians are like that ?
I know that there's the stereotype that they force their kids to study all the time and the only extracurricular activities they do is piano and violin music lessons.
It's even worse for me because I grew up in poverty due to refugee circumstances. So the list of activities your able to do is even less. And when you can't stand your siblings your forced to live in cramped living quarters with them even when you have sensitivity to noise and hatred of noise (misophonia).
