It's the little things in life - you don't know what you have until it's gone.
I'm almost 30 and if there's one thing i've learnt it's that you don't need some big event or accomplishment to feel happy. It really is the little things in life that will ultimately give you happiness day to day. You know we think we are missing so much from our lives, from ourselves but ultimately we aren't appreciative of what we have. It's only when those small things we never thought about or took for granted are taken away from us do we realize what we had and what we have now lost. I look back to 2022 and i thought my life was so bad that i wanted to commit suicide or so i thought anyways. And then 2023 - 2025 i have been in pain every single day of the past 3 years almost, i have lost things i had never even thought about and now understand i took it all for granted and wasn't appreciative of any of it. It wasn't until God took it away did i realise that i was indeed blessed during those days. Waking up healthy without any health issues and being able to talk to your mother who is still alive is a blessing in itself. I promise you.
