Philosophy I've noticed some similarities between the Whitepill and Stoicism

Both schools of philosophy are strikingly similar to each other.

It definitely takes some concepts from other Eastern religions/philosophies etc. but it’s reframed more in a contemporary context.

I've also noticed it has similarities to islam in the sense of doing what you can and not worrying about the rest.
