[QUOTE="Asgard, post: 58358, member: 342"] Maybe the "Igigi" were the humans that survived the last geophysical reset, don't you think? And why would the universe allow any species to travel seamlessly between distant coordinates and cheat the natural (microcosmic) cycle of entropy before they become a self-replicant plague across the outer space? See, Apophis lands squarely on the timeline where the northern magnetic pole is racing towards Siberia (where Lockwood's Baron Trump journey into the Underworld takes place) and has been exponentially doing so since the end of the 19th century (remember Lockwood's books that were made in the 1890s... the shockwaves of the future are traveling backwards) while the SAA anomaly is slowly expanding since the 2000s, so I don't think there are any coincidences here (or even the fact we detected the first oddest looking interstellar object in... 2017, the same year where a lot of (Biblical) "prophetic" relevant stuff happened, like the start of the Tav through the first Grand American Eclipse passing over Southern Illinois and the Virgo Constellation as well). Also, look at the volcano in Ethiopia (woke up the first time since the beginning of the Holocene) and the increasing activity on the Ring of Fire in the Pacific... plus the newly detected zig-zag structure anomalies in our magnetosphere (it's failing and humans won't be able to do shit about it). So, I think this whole ecosystem is reactive (why wouldn't it apply to a macrocosm level if we see these recurrent patterns before our eyes?) either because we're "destined" to try crack the code (CERN?) since everything is predetermined and it can be explained through Einstein's Block Universe eternalism theory (or a derivative of it) or as I said before, it's like in the Tower of Babel once a certain ceiling is reached on each civilization (like seeking transhumanism which seems to be a common theme amongst many ancient myths). Again, most dull thinking people (including atheists who reject the possibility of these *cough* myths being a byproduct of the future... you know, 12 Monkeys' "the future is history" motto) are afraid of death because they're likely neurotypical OR they haven't tamed down their ego to the point of reading thoughts and emotions like a notification tab on an operating system. Also, most if not all neurotypical people are by default afraid of hard determinism and lacking agency/free will, which would be civilizational shattering if all people knew everything is on a "loop" (entropy -> heat death -> big bang exactly on the same predefined trajectories starting from the molecular level, thus everything repeats exactly the same with perhaps slight differences?) and the fact future is already history (and that human legacy through reproduction means absolutely nothing but dust floating on space down the line).
