?? you mean what is vegetarian bacon? Like theres vegetarian alternatives for bacon but i havent had tone that tastes even reasonably similar. Fun fact! bacon used to be considered waste part of the pig nobody wanted but with marketing it became a hit.

Just because boths are arthropods, dont mean that they are the same. crustaceans have a lot of muscles, so there are a lot of meat that we can eat
