Prettyboy style isn't gay so long as you aren't doing over the top fagmaxxing activities. Besides, if you are doing it for women, it is not gay by default (unlike what many masc copers do giving themselves outdated 1930s haircuts on skulls that can't pull it off, being roided and getting a physique that is just ugly in terms of appeal).
