Does anyone else think it's weird how suffering is so prevalent in this world? I try to be rational sometimes but my rational thought leads me to believe we are in a prison planet and suffering is a way of farming our negative emotions. Our material desires funnel through the sacrum, so we must avoid all material distractions related to it - I believe it is the right hand path that will lead to our salvation. I am pretty convinced, there is a lot of predictive programming for the soul trap (such as the Matrix, which is a documentary). If you want to know more you should read David Icke. I thought about it and the only way out is through spiritual cleansing and a combination of stoic and scholastic principles that must ward off the darkness and minimize negative emotions, giving the pesky archons no negative energy to feed on. Modern interpretations of the bible highlight prayer but forgo fasting recommendations present in earlier scripture. I believe the key to cleansing the claustrum is to combine mindfulness and meditation alongside a minimalist lifestyle with health-oriented strategic fasting. Such practices have been shown to boost plasticity through BDNF synthesis and optimize mitochondrial function, directly enhancing the seat of consciousness in our minds.
