Back when i got my ear surgery he basically told me to LDAR for 3 months to let the surgery heal

During that time i was fully active with gymcelling and was at my lowest weight bc i was going to a dietician
But for the whole 3 months post op i indeed LDAR but at what cost, i gained a shit ton of weight, i got low self esteem, i became even more non NT than i was, even more high inhib too, i lost all friends bc i stopped getting in touch with them

He deffo cucked me ffs

I also got otoplasty but im glad i was only 6 when surgery happened it would be a bigger pain later

He told me to avoid gym for 3 months
Avoid school gor 2
he recmmended that i dont move around alot for 3 months which i saw at the time as just laying in my bed
